what is the mean of 'non public' and 'Featured'. Also how can i realize client keep money in escrow.

Non-public means you will only view this project after login into the site.
I am not sure about featured project. You will find about this project time in their Help section.
You will get notified by email when the buyer will keep money into escrow.
